Module 2: Your Brand Voice

Brand Voice Builder

Your Brand Voice is the second part of your Business Brain. Keep using the same AI chat you started in Lesson 2.1 so it remembers everything.

Lesson 2.2

Lesson 2.2:Create Your Brand Voice

Use the same AI chat. Your AI pulls everything together into one document you can keep.

Your answers save in this browser, so you can come back to them. If you switch devices, they won't follow you. That's fine, because everything that matters ends up in your AI chat and your Brand Voice.

Brand Voice Builder: Lesson 2.2

Paste it into the same AI chat and work through the review with it.

Your Brand Voice is done.

It's the second part of your Business Brain.

You now know how your business sounds. Next, we'll put it to work.

1. Personality and tone
Calm, elegant and refined, with a personality that feels thoughtful, intimate and quietly luxurious.
2. How we want customers to feel
Rested, valued and immersed in a sense of escape, whether through our website, emails or during their stay.
3. We speak like
A trusted host with impeccable taste, guiding customers gently, never shouting for attention.
4. Words and phrases
We often say “Slow down and breathe”, “Your retreat awaits”, “Designed for restful weekends and meaningful moments”. We avoid language that feels loud, pushy, overly casual or cluttered.
5. Communication and writing style
Polished but warm, informative but never overwhelming and focused on ease and clarity. Soft, sensory language for marketing and our website, with concise, reassuring language for booking and check-in information.
6. Humour
Light and subtle, used sparingly, allowing the atmosphere to speak for itself.
7. What we believe
True luxury is unhurried, personal and deeply human. Our role is to create space for rest and connection.
8. Preferences
Australian spelling, elegant typography, limited emojis, no exclamation marks and no hashtags in main captions (kept to comments or none at all).
9. Sensory language
Atmospheric and tactile cues such as morning light through linen curtains, candlelit evenings, seasonal produce, timber floors and quiet gardens.
10. In person
We keep voices low, offer personalised suggestions and check in without hovering.
